Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a school, organization, or class, you represent that you have authority to do so. The product is not intended for unsupervised use by children under 13.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. We may require email verification, restrict suspicious access, or suspend abusive activity to protect the platform and other users.

User content and sharing

You are responsible for the material you upload, paste, generate, host, publish, or share. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, privacy-violating, or unauthorized content.

If you create public links, hosted quizzes, or shared classroom materials, you are responsible for deciding who receives access to them and for how those links are used after sharing.

AI-generated output

StudyNova AI may generate flashcards, quiz items, explanations, or other study material using AI systems. Generated output is provided for convenience and productivity only. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, grading validity, exam readiness, or educational outcomes.

You should independently review generated questions, answers, explanations, and classroom materials before using them for teaching, assessment, or serious academic decisions.

Premium access and billing

Premium billing is currently handled through Paddle. Premium access periods, renewal timing, and account upgrades may depend on payment confirmation and successful billing updates. Prices, billing intervals, and premium features may change over time.

If you begin a checkout and do not complete it, the related payment state may expire automatically. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy posted on this website.

Acceptable use and abuse

You may not abuse rate limits, attempt fraudulent billing, scrape protected content, interfere with live sessions, impersonate other users in restricted quiz flows, automate abusive access, or attempt to bypass platform security. We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Service availability

We may modify, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature stability, or compatibility with every browser, file type, or external provider.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StudyNova AI, operated by Study Nova AI, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for academic results, grading decisions, classroom misuse of shared links, or losses caused by inaccurate AI output, user error, third-party outages, or misuse of the service by another user.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product, billing model, or legal obligations change. The latest version posted on this page controls your use of the service after the effective update.
