StudyNova AI is a learning and productivity platform that helps users create study sets, host quizzes, and share educational content. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or third-party services connected to it.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, host, and share. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-violating material. If you create public links, hosted quizzes, or shared reviewer content, you are responsible for who receives access to that content.

StudyNova AI may generate content using AI systems, but generated output is provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, exam readiness, grading validity, or uninterrupted availability. You should independently verify answers, explanations, and generated study materials before relying on them.

Premium billing is currently handled through PayMongo checkout flows. Payments, renewal periods, access windows, and payment method availability may depend on your payment status, webhook confirmation, and the capabilities enabled on the connected payment account.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that abuse the service, scrape protected content, interfere with platform operations, or attempt fraudulent billing or access behavior. We may also modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StudyNova AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
