Document to reviewer
Upload a document and make a reviewer you can practise.
Have a PDF module, DOCX handout, or long set of notes? Turn one lesson into flashcards, multiple-choice questions, true-or-false checks, or identification practice without typing every item yourself.
In StudyNova, a reviewer is a set of questions and answers you can study with. It does not create a condensed prose summary of the entire document.
Make a reviewer from your fileHow to make a reviewer
Add your material
Upload a PDF or DOCX, or paste the text your teacher gave you.
Choose what to practise
Select a chapter when the file has several topics, then choose the question format and number of items.
Study the result
Answer the questions, check explanations, and revisit the ones you missed.
Try it with your own document
Start with one lesson and ten questions. You can change the format before generating.
Study Material Input
Paste up to 2,000 words or upload a text file. Free users can generate 5 sets per day.
What files work best?
Readable lesson text produces clearer questions. PDF, DOCX, and pasted text are supported. Scanned PDFs can be read with text recognition, though faint scans and handwritten pages may need cleanup.
If a file contains several subjects, generate from one detected section at a time. Check important answers against your source before relying on them for an exam.
Common questions
Can I use a DOCX reviewer?
Yes. Upload the file, choose a question type, and generate from the whole document or a section.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The free plan includes five AI generations per day, with up to 20 items in each set.

A document reviewer example: turn headings into explanations
A source made mostly of headings cannot explain the relationships those headings name. Add the relevant lesson sentences when you prepare a DOCX file, a PDF excerpt, or pasted notes. Avoid uploading a contents page as if it were the lesson itself.
Use the preview to check that definitions and examples stay together after extraction. The question below is supported by a short written explanation and can be answered without seeing the original page layout.
Prepared source
Evaporation releases water vapor from exposed liquid surfaces. Transpiration releases water vapor through plants. Evapotranspiration is the combined movement through evaporation and transpiration.
Which term combines evaporation and transpiration?
Check the answer and explanation
Evapotranspiration.
The source supplies the relationship, not just a list of three terms. A later scenario question can test whether you distinguish the two contributing processes.
Before using your own output
- Provide explanatory sentences underneath headings.
- Keep source examples beside the concepts they illustrate.
- Check what survives extraction from tables and images.
- Generate a focused set before adding more topics.
